About Me

I grew up on a small farm. It's been over 20 years but now I'm starting my own small farm.

I need a liitle brushing up on my goat skills. I was given a neighborhood free ranging problem goat in October. I was told she's half Nubian and half something else. It turns out she was pregnant ! She had three small female kids on Feb. 25, 2013. The runt nearly died. " Mama " goat shunned her so for now she lives in the house and being bottle fed. She is doing good now but " Mama " will still not allow her to feed. Anyway, it's almost time for debudding. I'm a little nervous about it. I've weathered goats personally but have only seen debudding before. I wonder if someone in my area can do it or will I have to do it myself ?

Please help, in Powell, Tn. 37849

Hi John, we have a goat that we need to find a home for. She is very friendly with people. A renter left her behind. We have been responsible for her for 5 years or so. If you are interested on adding a goat to your farm please contact me.
